Meal Prep Services are provided for those who wish to have a healthier lifestyle, in a simple way. How to: select menu items, place in cart, order your meals for the week and wait for delivery! It's as simple as that. New menu comes out every week!
*All orders must be placed by Friday 5/21, for delivery on Tuesday 5/25*

(Please let me know if a Tuesday delivery (between 7am -1pm) does not work for you. We will work something out!)
**All food will be delivered in a reusable cooler bag. Please remember to leave your cooler bag from last week outside of your home, to be recycled for next time! Let's work together to be as green as possible!!**
